• The contact person shall be communicated through correspondence until payment and registration completed.
• The person eligible for attending the Forum shall represent the organization in which they work and comply with these terms and conditions.
•  On receiving the attendance application, a confirmation message shall be sent via e-mail including detailed summary for attendance and the required total fees, along with a link for methods of payment and payment completion.
• In case no reply sent within 14 days as of the date of receiving the attendance application, the registration shall be deemed accepted unless otherwise notified.
• The fees shall include the attendance of all SEF sessions during the period thereof and all the detailed SEF documents. However, the fees shall exclude accommodation and travel fees. The applicant shall bear such fees.
• Unless the fees paid prior to the date of the SEF, the applicant shall pay such fees plus an additional amount of $100 before attending the sessions.
• In case an applicant rejects to pay the attendance fees, such applicant shall be prevented from attending the sessions, considering that Co-organizer shall owe the applicant those fees. In such case, the Co-organizer may take all the required legal actions to collect such fees.
• In case an applicant cannot attend the Forum, they shall notify the Co-organizer in writing within a period of two days at least prior to the date of holding the Forum. Then, the applicant shall nominate an alternative person to attend the Forum without any additional fees.
• In case an applicant cancels the attendance, they shall notify the Co-organizer via the following email, info@saudidigitalpathology, 10 days at least prior to holding the Forum. Such cancellation shall be approved within seven days as of the date of receiving the notification.
